The World Series matchup is set, but the Rockies’ front office is not. We’ve gotten hints of candidates, but nothing is solidified yet. However, Mark Kiszla wrote a column that got us thinking: which quality is most important for a new GM/PBO candidate? Is it more important for them to have had front office success with another team, or perhaps been a former player? Or something completely different?

Hopefully we’ll know who gets the job soon, but in the meantime, let us know what you’d like to see in a new GM/PBO!
