Tennessee baseball will hold its annual Orange & White Fall World Series game on Nov. 9 at Covenant Health Park. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST and gates will open at 11:30 a.m. EST.
Covenant Health Park opened in April and is home to the Knoxville Smokies, a Double-A affiliate of the Cubs.
“We are proud to announce we will be hosting the Vol baseball Orange & White Fall World Series game on Sunday, Nov. 9 at Covenant Health Park,” the Smokies announced.
The Vols are preparing for their 2026 baseball season. Opening day is scheduled for Feb. 27, 2026 against UCLA in the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, home of the Rangers in MLB.
First pitch between the Vols and UCLA is scheduled for 4 p.m. EST. Tennessee’s second game in the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series will be on Feb. 28, 2026 against Arizona State (noon EST), while the the Vols’ final game is versus Virginia Tech on March 1, 2026 (11:30 a.m. EST).
The 2026 campaign will be the first for the Vols without head coach Tony Vitello since 2017. He accepted a manager position with San Francisco in MLB on Wednesday.
