Trevor Megill is starting pitcher for Brewers vs Cubs in NLDS Game 5

Milwaukee Brewers closer Trevor Megill is serving as the team’s opener in the winner-take-all Game 5 against the Chicago Cubs on Oct. 11.

One Milwaukee team is supporting another.

Bucks center Myles Turner took over MLB’s Instagram Story from inside American Family Field during the electric Game 5 finale of the Brewers v. Cubs National League Division Series.

“What’s up, y’all? Myles Turner and the Milwaukee Bucks, man,” he said, showing his teammates. “We’re checking in, we’re checking in.”

“Ain’t nothing like baseball in October, baby!” Turner said in the video clip. “Let’s go Brewers.”

The Bucks saw the Brewers defeat the Cubs, 3-1, and advance to the NLCS for the first time since 2018.

The Bucks are in the midst of their preseason schedule, winning their first two games.
