The Los Angeles Dodgers leveled the World Series at three games a piece after a hard-fought win in Game 6.

The Dodgers’ pitching staff did their job well, holding a hot Blue Jays offense to just one run through nine innings despite allowing eight hits on the night. Yoshinobu Yamamoto served as the starter for the Dodgers, allowing the sole run while striking out six batters through six innings.

Tyler Glasnow recorded his first MLB save in the game, coming in for the final three outs in the ninth inning with two runners on. The right-hander threw just three pitches to record three outs, capitalizing on an electric double play turned by Kiké Hernández and Miguel Rojas to end the game.

Manager Dave Roberts avoided naming a starter for the game, but said everyone would be available to take the mound except for Yoshinobu Yamamoto.

“Not sure the pitching situation,” Roberts said. “But Glas will be available. Everyone will be available.”

The Dodgers only used Glasnow, Roki Sasaki and Justin Wrobleski out of the bullpen, meaning Anthony Banda, Jack Dreyer, Edgardo Henriquez, Clayton Kershaw, Will Klein, Emmet Sheehan and Blake Treinen will all be full strength for Saturday’s game as well.

The Blue Jays will start Max Scherzer in Game 7, marking his second start in this season’s Fall Classic. He squared off against Glasnow in the marathon Game 3 this World Series, exiting the game after 4.1 innings. He allowed three runs in the contest, two of which were Ohtani home runs.

Blue Jays manager John Schneider said the Blue Jays would be “all hands on deck” out of the bullpen for Game 7.
