Even though the spooky season has wrapped, Houston-based retailer Eight One is keeping things spooky with the release of their new “Astros Ecto Drip” fitted hat, a clear nod to Ghostbusters and its mischievous green specter.
The New Era 59FIFTY cap features oozing slime dripping over the Astros logo, while the side patch proudly commemorates the team’s 2022 World Series victory.
While not an official Ghostbusters collaboration, Eight One’s product description makes the homage unmistakable, reading:
