The San Diego Padres pushed out a 1:24 video clip on social media and included it in emails to fans titled, “¡Feliz Dia de los Muertos!”
The clip ends with the SD logo and a Nike swoosh and the words “City Connect 2.0 Coming April 2026.” This appears to be a teaser of what fans can expect after the previous City Connect uniforms were discontinued after the 2025 season, but it leaves a lot to the imagination of what the uniforms could look like and what color schemes would be used.
One thing is certain, there will be much anticipation amongst the Friar Faithful.
