No two ways about it, the Angels are in a bad way and have been for a long time. As an offense, they led the league in strikeouts, and on the pitching side, they led the league in walks. This all came with the best health outcomes they’ve had in years. Mike Trout played in more games than in any season since 2019, and the starting rotation had 5 pitchers with more than 23 starts. Fast forward three years, and the outlook doesn’t appear all that much better. However, there are some intriguing dynasty names that are likely to get rushed to the big leagues, as is the Angels’ tradition.
