LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Athletics will face the Los Angeles Angels for the annual Big League Weekend exhibition series in Las Vegas next year.

The two AL West division foes will square off on Saturday and Sunday, March 7 and 8, at Las Vegas Ballpark, the host club Aviators announced Wednesday.

Both games, which are scheduled to begin at 1:05 p.m., will be played as part of Spring Training for the 2026 season and will not count toward regular-season records.

“Las Vegas Ballpark will once again provide an outstanding atmosphere and environment for Major League Baseball,” Las Vegas Aviators President and Chief Operating Officer Don Logan said in a statement. “Fans, both locals and tourists that visit during this annual event, will have a memorable time.”

This will mark the A’s 11th appearance in Las Vegas and fifth trip to Las Vegas Ballpark. The team is planning to relocate to Las Vegas in 2028.

For the Angels, this will be their first time coming to Downtown Summerlin for games and just their second appearance in Las Vegas. The first was a two-game series at Cashman Field in 1996.

Tickets go on sale Monday, Nov. 10, at aviatorslv.com.
