KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Spring Training tickets go on sale soon as the Royals release their schedule for 2026.
The Kansas City Royals and Major League Baseball released the team’s new 32-game Spring Training schedule on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
Spring Training is set to begin on Feb. 20, when the Royals face the Texas Rangers at Surprise Stadium in Arizona. This is the team’s 24th season in the Cactus League.
The Royals are expected to play 32 games in 33 days. That includes 15 home games at Surprise Stadium, as well as special matchups against Team Cuba and the Rangers.

Key dates for fans include the regular season opener on March 26th against the Atlanta Braves. That is followed by the home opener on March 30th against the Minnesota Twins.
Group and season ticket packages are set to go on sale at 11 a.m. on Nov. 18. Individual tickets follow at 11 a.m. on Dec. 2.
Game times are expected to be announced at a later date.
