Major League Baseball’s offseason is ratcheting up, and with that came the Nov. 5 announcement of 2026 spring training schedules. The Cincinnati Reds will commence a 32-game spring training schedule in Goodyear, Arizona, on Feb. 21.

The Reds, now in their second season under manager Terry Francona, will bookend their spring training games against the Cleveland Guardians with games at Goodyear Ballpark Feb. 21 and March 22. That will be followed by two final spring training games March 23 and March 24 against the Milwaukee Brewers at their big league ballpark in Milwaukee, American Family Field.

In between those games with the Guardians, the Reds’ stay in Arizona will feature a typical Cactus League slate of games, as well a World Baseball Classic (WBC) exhibition game. WBC games will be played across MLB’s Arizona and Florida complexes March 3-4, the Reds will face the Cuban national team on March 4 at Goodyear Ballpark.

WBC pool play begins in North America on March 6 in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Houston and Miami. Pool play will also take place in Tokyo with games there scheduled to begin March 5.

WBC rosters haven’t been announced and it remains to be seen if the Reds will have participants on their roster.

For Cincinnati, Opening Day against the Boston Red Sox is scheduled for March 26 at Great American Ball Park.
