The right-hander will get a fresh start in Miami following a difficult 2025 campaign. He appeared in 26 games with the Nationals, posting a 9.00 ERA and a 24:12 K:BB ratio across 23 innings. After being optioned on August 5, he also struggled at Triple-A Rochester, logging a 17.18 ERA across 11 innings.
