The Tampa Bay Rays designated outfielder Kameron Misner for assignment on Thursday. The move places Misner, who turns 28 in January, on waivers following a lackluster 2025 campaign. (Rays Communications)
The Tampa Bay Rays have made the following roster moves:
Exercised 2026 club option for INF Brandon Lowe.
Reinstated INF Taylor Walls from the 60-day IL; exercised his 2026 club option and added a 2027 club option.
Declined RHP Pete Fairbanks’ club option.

Fantasy Impact:
Misner slashed just .213/.273/.345 across 217 big-league plate appearances in 2025, posting a 31.8 percent strikeout rate. He also slashed .210/.333/.442 at the Triple-A level. He is expected to attract some interest on waivers.
