We’re barely two weeks into the off-season, but the St. Louis Cardinals are already coming up in several trade rumors involving Brendan Donovan and the expected market for future Hall of Famer, Nolan Arenado. Here’s what we know so far along with other rumblings from around baseball:

ESPN reporting that St. Louis Cardinals President of Baseball Operations said “We all feel it’s best to find a different fit…We’re on the same page with Nolan,” in regards to Arenado being moved to a new team during the off-season. They mentioned sources around the league that think finding an everyday role might be a challenge for Nolan which might limit teams that would get involved.

Cardinals are listening to offers on Sonny Gray according to ESPN. The Sporting News believes the Atlanta Braves are a likely landing spot. Yahoo Sports says there is interest in Gray from the New York Mets and the Baltimore Orioles.

2025 MLB Awards show set for Thursday night from 8 to 10pm central time on MLB.tv. It can also be streamed through the MLB app and at MLB.com.
