In the first major free agent move of the 2025-2026 offseason, the Mariners have reportedly signed Josh Naylor to a five-year deal.
The deal is approximately $90-100M by reports. We will now see if the Guardians were right to never pursue extension talks with Naylor, though it is possible the team was just not the right fit for him.
