In news akin to finding out water is wet, Kyle Schwarber and Ranger Suarez both rejected the qualifying offer made to them by the Phillies.
This was more or less expected business as both Schwarber and Suarez are expected to command multi year deals on the open market and make whatever home they choose to play in more permanent than if they accepted a single year deal.
Now Schwarber can be pursued by others….like the Pirates!
