SAN DIEGO, CA — This past Monday, former Padres Reliever Craig Stammen was officially introduced as the next manager of the San Diego Padres. With his family at his side, he answered questions from the media and posed for photos in his new uniform. Stammen had a long and fruitful career in his 13 seasons in the Major leagues and is now poised to lead the same team he last played for in 2022.
