Saitama Seibu announced that they have submitted an application for pitcher Tatsuya Imai ‘s transfer via the posting system through the Nippon Professional baseball (NPB), and that Major League Baseball has notified all MLB teams. The negotiation deadline is from 8:00 PM on November 19, 2025 to 5:00 PM on January 2, 2026 (10:00 PM on November 19, 2025 to 7:00 AM on January 3, 2026 Japan time).
