CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The late Bernie Stowe, who worked in the Reds clubhouse for 67 years, was named on Monday to the inaugural class of the the MLB Clubhouse Managers Association’s Hall of Fame, which is exhibited at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

Stowe, who passed away in 2016 at age 80, began working in the Reds clubhouse in 1947 and was elevated to clubhouse manager in 1968. He retired from that role in 2013.

One son, Mark, has been visiting clubhouse manager since 1975 and another, Rick, has been Reds clubhouse manager since 1996.
