(WLUK) — Major League Baseball has announced that the Milwaukee Brewers and Atlanta Braves will headline the 2026 MLB Little League Classic in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
This is the first time the Brewers or the Braves will play in the annual event, which launched during the 2017 season.
The game will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, and will air on ESPN at 6:10 p.m.
The event is hosted in connection with the Little League Baseball World Series, which includes 20 teams of 10-to-12-year-old baseball players from around the world.
As part of the weekend, players from both the Brewers and the Braves will attend Little League Baseball World Series games on August 23 before their game.
The Little League Classic will be held at Journey Bank Ballpark, with the players and families from all twenty teams filling the stands.
The first Little League Classic featured the Pittsburgh Pirates and the St. Louis Cardinals in August 2017, and has since held games annually, with the exception of the shortened 2020 season.
