GREENSBORO, NC — The K.S. Octave Foundation, founded by former St. Louis Cardinals Minor League Hitting Coach Kedeem Octave, will host a one-day Baseball Development Camp and scholarship fundraiser on Sunday, November 23, at the Greensboro Batting Center. The camp is expected to welcome 60–80 young athletes and their families.

The event will feature professional scouts, current and former MiLB/MLB coaches, and player-development staff working directly with athletes in grades 5–10. Campers will receive hands-on instruction using professional-level drills, technology, and teaching processes—giving families an authentic look at elite baseball development.

“Opportunities change families,” said founder Kedeem Octave. “Every camp we run helps fund scholarships for inner-city student-athletes chasing a four-year degree. This is about access, exposure, and building belief.”
