WAYNE, Neb (KTIV) – Wayne State College baseball team is preparing to play games all the way over in Hawaii when February rolls around. But it will take some fundraising to accomplish that goal!
And that’s exactly what the Wildcats did on Saturday night as hundreds of Wildcats supporters filled their new bubble complex for a silent auction and concert.
The main draw of the event was former Wayne State Baseball player and current Major League Development Integration Coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Brandon McDaniel.
He talked about the importance of giving back to a program that played an important part of his baseball journey.
We will have a more in-depth story soon as we learn how much was raised at the event!
