Houston Astros ace Lance McCullers Jr. and his wife Kara have gone to Los Cabos, Mexico, to attend the wedding of Astros’ staff member Kurtis Ball and Nikki Rodri. At the same time, the pitcher and his family are enjoying time near the beach while doing some other adventurous activities as well.

On Sunday, Kara checked off an item on her “Bucket list” as she enjoyed horse riding with her husband. She posted a photo where both were sitting on top of different horses. Kara was wearing a red bikini and had a cowboy hat on. Meanwhile, the Astros ace was shirtless with shorts.

In another story, Kara captured the evening mood at the evening. She posted a photo of the setting, as one can see the fire coming out of a sand pit, while the couple relaxed at the beach. Kara captioned the story:

She shared a few more photos and a short clip as well, which captures her riding a horse near the shore.

“I’ll never get over this,” Kara wrote.

Later, Kara also uploaded a photo of their water adventures, as they snapped a selfie where McCullers Jr. can be seen smiling while riding a jet ski with her wife behind.

Kara also shared photos from the couple’s presence at the wedding of staff member Kurtis Ball and Nikki Rodri.

For the wedding, Kara wore an olive green floor-length gown, featuring a halter neckline. The sleeveless dress was accessorized with a metallic beige clutch and large hoop earrings.

Meanwhile, Lance McCullers Jr. looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo with a white dress shirt underneath and black trousers and shoes. He had his black sunglasses as well.

On the baseball front, McCullers Jr. had a rocky return on the mound after enduring a long recovery from flexor tendon surgery that kept him out for the rest of 2022 and all of 2023 and 2024. He made 13 starts, going 2-5 with an ERA of 6.51 over 55.1 innings pitched. He struck out 61 batters while allowing 39 walks.
