At Dodger Stadium: Burnes appears to have found good form, with wins in three consecutive outings. One of those was against the Dodgers on May 10, when he pitched seven scoreless innings and allowed only five hits. Burnes has not allowed a run in a start since April 30. He is 3-3 with a 4.38 career earned run average in nine appearances (seven starts) against the Dodgers. In Burnes’ last four games, he is 3-0 with a 0.74 ERA, 13 walks and 26 strikeouts. … May’s best start in his last five came against the Diamondbacks on May 10, when he allowed two earned runs in 6 ⅔ innings, but took the loss against the Diamondbacks at Chase Field. He is 1-2 with a 3.96 career ERA in five starts against the Dodgers.
