It’s a National League Championship Series reunion this weekend at Citi Field, when the Dodgers and Mets start a three-game series on Friday night in New York.

Both teams are in playoff position entering the weekend, with the Dodgers on top of a densely-packed National League West, and the Mets in a tussle with the Phillies for control of the NL East. Both the Dodgers and Mets have struggled relatively in May after strong starts in April.

The series opener at Citi Field will be televised exclusively by Apple TV+, with Wayne Randazzo and Dontrelle Willis on the call, along with reporter Heidi Watney on the broadcast as well.

This is the start of a six-game road trip for the Dodgers, who will also head to Cleveland to play the Guardians after this weekend in New York.
