The 2025 Texas A&M baseball season was a whirlwind in its first year under coach Michael Earley, which began extremely rough but showed some promise by the end of the year. They ultimately finished 30-25 overall and 11-19 in conference play, marking their worst league record in program history.
There are fewer expectations for this team overall, but Coach Earley remains on the hot seat. Fortunately, he will be working with a strong foundation built around players such as Gavin Grahovac, Caden Sorrell, and Shane Sdao. They also feature a talented underclass that truly stood out during fall ball. Two of the most notable standouts were true freshmen Nico Partida and Luke Billings, while sophomore Aiden Sims looked sharp on the mound.
Given the way the MLB draft operates, securing and developing talent is paramount. One day, you may believe you have a top-10 class, but if a few of the commits receive significant draft consideration, that class could drop several spots. As of right now, however, the Aggies have successfully inked 16 players to the 2025 signing class.
