Dunn commented about how much she loved the fact that after game 7 of the World Series was over that within a few hours Clement was back in Rochester at a pub watching the Bills game with his buddies.

Dunn asked Clement what the next 24 hours were like after the World Series ended.

“Ya well like It wasn’t like I was dying to get out of Toronto, because I absolutely love the city and love the people. I just kind of sat at my locker for 3 or 4 hours after that game 7 ended, I just wanted to be with the boys and hang out. You can’t dwell on it too much, because you we’re going to be back out there again pretty soon, so I wanted to come home see my family, see my buddies, watch my Bills, and uh and just kind of move on as fast as possible. I think that is something as baseball players you’ve got to be pretty good at because you know we’re playing everyday and I wasn’t going to sit and dwell on it. To me we played the last game in the last inning of the season, so that something to be pretty proud of so you know I’m looking forward to next season”.

Clement stays in touch with Blue Jays free agents to help recruit them back

Dunn preceded to asking Clement about what he’s been up to since the World Series, who he’s been hanging out with and what players he’s talked to since.

“Ya obviously I talk to Davis a good bit that’s my guy, but ya I’ve talk to a few guys, we have our fantasy football group chat so you know there is plenty of smack talk going on and were all still in touch. All those free agents that we’re losing we are trying to make sure that we don’t lose them. We are trying to bring the boys back and run it back because that was a special group”.

“Ya I was fired up, we want as many good people and good players as possible. You know from what I’ve heard he’s a pretty awesome guy and a pretty darn good pitcher so we will take that”.

Clement talks about Bo Bichette’s upcoming wedding in the new year

“Somehow I was lucky enough to get the invite so, I’m honored, truly because he and his lady are just the best. It will be a fun celebration and I’m looking forward to that, it’s a cool invite. You guys better hope the will be some video of the wedding because I’m going to be rippin up the dance floor pretty good”.
