In addition to signing catcher Danny Jansen to a two-year, $14.5 million contract, the Texas Rangers are also in agreement on one-year contracts with right-handed reliever Alexis DÃaz and left-hander Tyler Alexander, sources tell ESPN. @ByRobertMurray had the Jansen news first.

Fantasy Impact:
Texas landed both Diaz and Tyler Alexander to one-year deals. Diaz struggled across 18 appearances with the Reds, Dodgers and Braves last season. He’ll be playing for the fourth team of his career next year.
