Zach Pop is headed to the National League.
The Philadelphia Phillies announced the signing of the 29-year-old righty to a one-year deal on Monday.

A native of Brampton, Ont., Pop made a combined five big league appearances in 2025 for the Seattle Mariners and New York Mets.
A seventh-round pick of the 2017 MLB Amateur Draft out of Kentucky by the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pop made his major league debut in 2021 for the Miami Marlins. He was dealt to the Toronto Blue Jays alongside Anthony Bass ahead of the 2022 trade deadline. He was released by the Jays this past April.
In 163 appearances over five seasons for the Mets, Mariners, Blue Jays and Marlins, Pop is 8-6 with a 4.88 earned run average and WHIP of 1.361 over 162.1 innings pitched. He’s struck out 126 batters and walked 55.
