If you are a Los Angeles Dodgers fan still reveling in a second straight World Series championship, then the team has given you a Christmas present.
The Dodgers, on Tuesday, released an over 8-minute-long video showing highlights of the Dodgers’ march to another Commissioner’s Trophy.

Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani and starting pitcher Blake Snell are among those Dodgers players getting some time in the video. Well, Los Angeles also had to show retiring veteran pitcher Clayton Kershaw a little love, too.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts opens the video by wishing Dodgers fans happy holidays.
Freddie Freeman also gets some airtime in the video, too.
But seeing Ohtani mash home runs and Yamamoto perform in a high-stress moment must leave Dodgers fans feeling all happy and warm.

Maybe Dodgers fans will want to share this video with their other Dodgers’ fans, too. The ballclub has endeared itself to not only fans in the United States but internationally as well. Players like Sasaki, Yamamoto, and Ohtani bring a lot of new faces to the product.
Yes, Mookie Betts and Will Smith also pop up in this video, too.
But the Dodgers wanted to thank their fans for following them all season long.
Spring training is just a few weeks away, too. It just seems like the 2025 MLB season kind of just ended the other day, but that’s not the case.

With free-agent reliever Edwín Diaz now on board going into 2026, Los Angeles addressed its bullpen needs right there. Still, the Dodgers could use another outfielder and another bat for its lineup.
There’s still time for Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman to look at making a deal.
For now, though, the holiday celebrations are on for Dodgers fans, thanks to this awesome video from the ballclub.
While this news doesn’t directly affect Dodgers players and the organization itself, it’s still something worth noting.

Dodgers fans are used to reading longtime Dodgers beat writer Jack Harris in his stories for the Los Angeles Times.
Well, Harris and fellow scribe Dylan Hernandez made some news on Tuesday. They are leaving the Times and going to join an upstart publication, The California Post. This will be a West Coast offshoot of The New York Post.
There have been some changing times taking place at the Times (no pun intended).
Harris still expects to cover the Dodgers as he has done for the Times.

Yet it will be interesting to see how much attention The California Post can pull with Harris’ reporting now starting on their site.
Here at Dodgers Roundtable, we’d like to wish all of our readers a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
