However, there are also other prospects to be excited about, like Carlos Lagrage, who is expected to contribute at the big league level in 2026. There is also Spencer Jones, an outfielder who could be in the mix this upcoming season.
All in all, the Yankees should be in good hands with the group they got. Fans should also be excited about the product at the big league level, especially if the Bronx Bombers can go out and re-sign Cody Bellinger.

Dillon Lewis is the club’s No. 16 prospect. An outfielder whom the team selected in the 11th round of the 2024 MLB Draft, and Bleacher Report’s Joel Reuter believes he has a good shot to jump up the board in 2026.
“With an athletic 6’3″, 205-pound frame and a healthy mix of power and speed, Lewis has one of the most impressive toolboxes in the Yankees system.”
Lewis has huge upside. He can produce a great amount of power at the plate and is a threat on the basepaths. On top of his skills at the plate, Lewis is also a solid defender. He can play all three outfield positions at the pro level, and will be one that fans will want to pay attention to this upcoming season.
