UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — Police are searching for a suspect after a 24-year-old was attacked with a baseball bat on the Upper West Side on Sunday night.
The incident happened around 10:35 p.m. near West End Avenue and West 107th Street.
Police say the victim was approached by an unknown individual, who then hit him in the face with the bat multiple times before escaping.
The suspect, described as around 5’7” and wearing all black clothing, was last seen running west towards Riverside Park.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
