After several years together, Bo Bichette finally put a ring on his longtime girlfriend Alexis’ finger last weekend, with several Toronto Blue Jays teammates in attendance, including Ernie Clement, Kevin Gausman, Chris Bassitt, Shane Bieber, Jeff Hoffman, and Max Scherzer.

Some say the players are simply close friends; others wonder if their presence was a subtle pitch to convince Bichette to stay in Toronto.
Following seven seasons with the Blue Jays, Bichette is a free agent as of this month, and has
drawn interest from the Philadelphia Phillies, LA Dodgers, and, of course, the Blue Jays.
