Coach Kang Seok-cheon, coach Lee Hyun-gon, and coach Cho Jae-young will join the Lotte Giants.

Lotte announced on the 6th that it has completed the formation of a coaching staff that will lead the growth of the team in the 2026 season.

First, head coach Kang Seok-cheon of the first team, defensive coach Lee Hyun-gon, and operation and base coach Cho Jae-young were appointed as new coaches. The Futures (second division) team will be joined by hitting coach Jeong Kyung-bae and operation and base running coach Hwang Jin-soo. In the Dream Team, a brave battery coach and pitcher coach Jin Hae-soo will guide the team anew. Coach Satoro Kanemura will focus on fostering pitchers as the general coordinator of the pitching part.

In addition, Lotte recruited Hisamura Hiroshi, physical coordinator of the Yomiuri Giants of the Japanese Professional Baseball (NPB), as its strength coach. Hisamura helped the team grow from 2017 to last year as a member of the Yomiuri Giants. He will take over the role of Lotte Strength coach from the 2026 season, and will strengthen the basic physical strength and physical ability of the team to help prevent injuries.

Meanwhile, in the pitching part, coach Kim Sang-jin will work with the first-team squad. Coach Kim Hyun-wook will make efforts to improve the skills of the Futures pitchers, and coach Jin Hae-soo will take charge of the dream team. In the batting part, coach Lee Byung-kyu will lead the first team, coach Chung Kyung-bae will lead the Futures and coach Yoo Min-sang will lead the Dream Team.
