POSTPONED (RAIN)
GAME 1: BINGHAMTON 5, RICHMOND 4 (BOX)
This is the result of Wednesday’s suspended game. Joe Whitman racked up a whopping eleven strikeouts for Richmond in his five innings of work, but the Rumble Ponies rallied for three runs in the ninth to secure a comeback victory. D’Andre Smith provided the walk-off knock for Binghamton.

GAME 2: RICHMOND 6, BINGHAMTON 1 (BOX)
A two-run fourth inning by Richmond was enough to hand Jonah Tong the loss in Game 2. Tong walked the bases loaded in the inning and then allowed a two-out RBI single to Sabin Ceballos to put Richmond on the board. Meanwhile, the Rumble Pones were shut out by John Michael Bertrand for four innings and went 0-for-7 with runners in scoring position. Gee, that sounds familiar. Richmond added two more runs in both the sixth and eighth innings against Joander Suarez, who pitched four innings in relief of Tong.

GAME 1: BROOKLYN 10, JERSEY SHORE 1 (BOX)
The Cyclones also played a doubleheader yesterday to make up for rainouts. The Cyclones got out to an early lead in Game 1 thanks to a big five-run second inning and never looked back. Jonathan Santucci was crisp, needing just 77 pitches to get through five one-run innings. Brian Metoyer capped off the victory with two hitless innings of work and Brooklyn put the cherry on top with another crooked number in the seventh, punctuated by a bases-clearing double by Troy Schreffler Jr.
