Meanwhile, talks between the Yankees and other big free agent bat Cody Bellinger are at an impasse, according to reports. The Yankees offered Bellinger a similar deal to the ones Pete Alonso and Kyle Schwarber received, but Bellinger is seeking more, which the Yankees seem unwilling to give.
