Fantasy Impact:
Wisely, who was designated for assignment by the Braves last week, hit .185 in 63 plate appearances between the Giants and Braves last season and is a career .214 hitter in 168 career games. He has defensive versatility and has experience at nearly every position during his professional career. He’ll have a chance to make the Opening Day roster on a super-utility role for the Rays with a good spring.
