Report: Dodgers still pursuing Peralta after adding Tucker

The Los Angeles Dodgers might not be done after signing outfielder Kyle Tucker.

The Dodgers’ rotation’s injury issues in 2025 make a Peralta trade worth exploring, Woo adds. Yoshinobu Yamamoto was the only Dodgers starter who didn’t spend time on the injured list last season.

Landing Peralta would require a significant trade package, with the Brewers reportedly desiring a major-league ready replacement for him in a deal.

Peralta, a two-time All-Star, is heading into his final season before free agency and is owed just $8 million for 2026. The 29-year-old is coming off his finest campaign, having finished fifth in National League Cy Young voting thanks to a 2.70 ERA and 204 strikeouts in 33 starts.
