Four Giants landed on MLB Network’s Top 100 Players Right Now list entering the 2026 season, led by ace Logan Webb inside the top 40.
Webb ranked No. 37 overall after continuing to solidify himself as one of the MLB’s most dependable frontline starters. The right-hander has anchored San Francisco’s rotation for multiple seasons, earning back-to-back MLB All-Star selections in 2024 and 2025 while consistently ranking among the league leaders in innings pitched and strikeouts.
Webb led the National League in both innings and strikeouts in 2025, reached the 200-strikeout mark for the first time in his career and capped the season by winning his first Gold Glove Award, further cementing his standing among the game’s best pitchers.
Newly acquired infielder Rafael Devers landed at No. 46 on MLB Network’s list, giving the Giants one of the league’s most established left-handed power threats. A three-time MLB All-Star and two-time Silver Slugger Award winner, Devers brings a proven track record of power and on-base ability after spending eight-plus seasons with the Boston Red Sox, including their 2018 World Series championship run.
Acquired by the Giants in a blockbuster trade during the 2025 season, Devers finished the year with 35 home runs and ranked among the league leaders in walks and on-base percentage.
Matt Chapman ranked No. 85 after continuing to be recognized as one of the game’s premier defensive third basemen.
A five-time Gold Glove Award winner, Chapman’s elite range and arm strength have defined his value throughout his career, with that reputation carrying over since joining the Giants ahead of the 2024 season. While injuries limited parts of his 2025 campaign, Chapman reached multiple career milestones — including his 200th home run and 1,000th hit.
Willy Adames ranked No. 86 after emerging as one of the MLB’s most durable shortstops. Signed by the Giants ahead of the 2025 season, Adames quickly delivered impact, becoming the first San Francisco player since Barry Bonds in 2004 to hit 30 home runs in a season.
Known for his power at a premium defensive position, Adames also earned the Giants’ Willie Mac Award in 2025.
With four players included in this year’s list, the Giants placed themselves firmly on MLB Network’s radar as the league turns its attention toward the 2026 MLB season.
