It has been a couple of years since the Minnesota Twins had a player inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame (Joe Mauer – 2024). It is also going to be quite a while until the next player from their franchise receives that honor.

Each year however, the Twins add past members of the organization to their own team Hall of Fame. Last summer it was Corey Koskie who was bestowed the honor. This time around it will be popular voice of Minnesota, Dick Bremer.

It will be interesting to see who emcees the introduction of Bremer for his induction into the Minnesota Twins Hall of Fame. That is an honor he has had bestowed upon him for some time, and he has welcomed many a Twins great to the podium.

Justin Morneau seems like a logical candidate, but it could be a bit awkward for the guy who ultimately replaced Bremer in the booth. At any rate, Bremer’s induction should draw a nice crowd given the amount of emotional ties Minnesota fans feel from his voice and presence.
