For the last five seasons, name-changes notwithstanding, the D1 college baseball world has converged on Globe Life Field for three weeks of elite early-season games.

This year, the College Baseball Series is better than ever, featuring 18 teams across three weekends, battling through elite competition in Arlington.

Of those teams, 10 are ranked in the D1Baseball Preseason Top 25, including No. 1 UCLA, No. 4 Mississippi State and No. 7 Arkansas.

The early-season competition begins February 13 and runs consecutive weekends through March 1.

Here’s everything you need to know about the Shriners Children’s Baseball Showdown and Amegy Bank College Baseball Series.
