Fantasy Impact:
Perez, 35, was limited to 11 appearances last season with the White Sox and, despite a 1-6 record, posted a solid 3.54 ERA in 56 innings. The lefthander is a 14-year veteran in the majors, pitching with the Rangers, Red Sox, Twins, Pirates, Padres, and White Sox. He has a 4.41 ERA in nearly 1,632 innings. An All-Star in 2022, Perez could be a sneaky signing for the Braves. He’ll compete for the fifth spot in the rotation during the spring.
