KANSAS CITY, Mo.- Following a career year in 2025, the Kansas City Royals have announced that Vinnie Pasquantino has agreed to a new contract.

According to a report from MLB.com, the Royals and Pasquantino have agreed to a two-year deal worth up to $16 million, avoiding arbitration by doing so.

Pasquantino and Royals starting pitcher Kris Bubic were the only two Royals who did not agree to terms with the team prior to the arbitration deadline.

The new deal between Pasquantino and the Royals includes $11 million in guarantees, Rogers reports.
