SAN FRANCISCO — A couple of fast-moving Giants prospects will be at Scottsdale Stadium next week as the Tony Vitello era begins.

Outfielder Bo Davidson and infielder Parks Harber are among the 19 non-roster players invited to Giants camp, which begins next Tuesday in Arizona. The Giants also invited several veterans vying for bullpen jobs, and a former first-round pick who seemed to turn a corner in 2025.

Outside of Bryce Eldridge, Davidson, 23, will be the highest-ranked prospect in camp. Signed as an undrafted free agent in 2023, the center fielder has a .906 OPS in the minors and hit 18 home runs across two levels last season. Davidson finished his 2025 in Double-A and has a chance to be an option at the big league level in the second half.

“(The) ball comes off his bat differently,” VP of player development Randy Winn said on “Giants Talk” last month. “You hear about that maybe in golf if you’re walking down the range, or in baseball you’re walking past the cage and you hear a sound — that’s how the ball comes off Bo’s bat. A center fielder, he didn’t steal a ton of bases (but) hit leadoff and third this year, and we’re hoping that he can become a little bit more aggressive on the basepaths. That’s something I talked to him about.”

Harber was acquired in the Camilo Doval trade, and while he didn’t get much attention at the time, that has changed over the past six months. The 24-year-old has a .942 OPS in the minors and was up at 1.196 in the Arizona Fall League, with intriguing batted ball metrics.

Harber is a corner infielder, but the Giants are set at the big league level for years to come, so there’s a chance he spends a lot of his spring doing outfield drills. He finished last year in High-A, but given his age and his recent history at the plate, he seems a strong bet to soon be in Double-A.

The NRI list has eight pitchers, including Will Bednar, the organization’s first-round pick in 2021. Bednar struggled as a starter and dealt with injuries, but the Giants were intrigued by his uptick in velocity as a reliever last year. They chose not to protect him from the Rule 5 Draft, and he went unclaimed.

Michael Fulmer, 32, will be one of the most experienced pitchers in camp. He spent most of last season in Triple-A with four different organizations, but he has 265 career big-league appearances with a 3.95 ERA. Fulmer was the 2016 American League Rookie of the Year as a starter but has pitched almost exclusively in relief since 2021.

The other pitchers invited to camp are lefties Nick Margevicius and Juan Sanchez, and righties Trent Harris, Caleb Kilian, Wilkin Ramos and Gregory Santos. Kilian and Santos are both former Giants prospects; Kilian was one of two players sent out in the Kris Bryant trade in 2021.

Logan Porter will be back with the catching group, along with Eric Haase and Diego Cartaya, who once was a top prospect with the Dodgers. The infield group includes Harber, along with Osleivis Basabe, Nate Furman, Buddy Kennedy and Jake Holton. Victor Bericoto and Jared Oliva will join Davidson and the other outfielders.
