Free agent Miguel Andujar agreed to a one-year deal with the San Diego Padres, according to multiple reports.
Jon Heyman reported that Andujar’s deal is worth $4 million, with a mutual option.
Andujar batted .359 with four home runs and an OPS of .944 in 110 plate appearances for the Cincinnati Reds in 2025.

The Reds acquired Andujar at the 2025 trade deadline from the Athletics for minor-league pitcher Kenya Huggins.
Andujar played 13 innings in left field and 12 innings at first base for the Reds, but mostly was used as a designated hitter.
He was hitless in four at-bats in the Reds’ National League wild-card series loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. He didn’t start in Game 2.
