The Milwaukee Brewers officially announced their full player development staff for the 2026 season on Tuesday, outlining the minor-league managers, coordinators, and coaches who will guide the organization’s affiliates, according to MLB.com.

The most notable addition comes at the top of the department as Bryan Conger joins the Brewers as director of player development.
Conger arrives after five seasons with the Cincinnati Reds, where he served as pitching coordinator from 2021–24 before being promoted to senior pitching coordinator in 2025.
Prior to his time in professional baseball, Conger spent a decade as the head coach at Tarleton State University and also worked in the Texas Rangers organization from 2019–20.

Joe Ayrault has been promoted to field coordinator following a long tenure managing in the Brewers’ system. Ayrault managed in the organization for 16 seasons and spent the past two years at Double-A Biloxi, where he was named the Southern League Manager of the Year in 2025.
The Brewers also announced expanded advisory roles for Julio Borbón and Al LeBoeuf. Borbón, who served on the major-league coaching staff in 2025 as first-base coach, will now act as a special advisor to player development and scouting.
LeBoeuf, the club’s lead hitting coach last season, will serve as a special advisor to player development and baseball operations.

Both will travel throughout the system, working closely with minor-league players and staff while serving as liaisons between player development, scouting, and player personnel.
At the affiliate level, Rick Sweet will return as manager of Triple-A Nashville, marking his 36th season as a minor-league manager and his 13th with Milwaukee’s top affiliate.
Mike Guerrero will resume duties as manager of Double-A Biloxi after two seasons as a roving infield instructor, continuing a lengthy career in the organization that spans nearly three decades.

Nick Stanley has been promoted from Class-A Carolina to manage Class-A Wisconsin, while Eddy Morgan joins the organization as manager of Class-A Wilson after 12 seasons as head coach at Concordia University Wisconsin.
At the rookie levels, Rafael Neda returns to manage the Arizona Brewers, with Victor Rey and Natanael Mejia again leading the DSL Brewers Blue and Gold teams, respectively.
The Brewers also announced several coaching promotions and additions across their affiliates, further reinforcing continuity while integrating new voices throughout the system as the organization prepares for the 2026 season.
