According to multiple reports on Wednesday night, the Padres agreed to terms with free agent Miguel Andujar on a one year deal worth $4 million with a mutual option for 2027. Andujar hit .318 with an .822 OPS in 2025, and was particularly effective when facing left-handed pitchers, generating a massive .986 OPS against southpaws. Andujar has experience playing third base, first base and outfield.
