The Baltimore Orioles have announced who their non-roster invites will be for spring training, and many top prospects are in the mix. It would not be a shock if some of these players made a great impression down in Florida.

All eyes are going to be on these prospects, so they have a great opportunity to show Baltimore’s coaching staff what they can do. Let’s take a look at the three prospects most likely to make an impact in the Grapefruit League.

3 Orioles prospects who will make an impact at 2026 spring trainingTrey Gibson

The ninth-best prospect in Baltimore’s system, Gibson seems very likely to earn a promotion to the big leagues at some point this season. There was even some chatter that he could get called up to the big leagues last season, even though he was only in Triple-A for a brief time.

Across three levels, Gibson had a 4.26 ERA in 120 innings pitched with 166 strikeouts. His dominance in Double-A earned him a promotion to Triple-A, but his 7.98 ERA in seven starts with Norfolk suggests he may need a bit more seasoning.

Still, the tall power-pitcher has impressed a lot of people already and could make a promotion more likely at some point this season with a strong spring.

Enrique Bradfield Jr.

The 24-year-old outfielder Enrique Bradfield Jr. rocketed through the minors last season. Overall, across multiple levels in 2025, he slashed .242/.348/.348 with three home runs and 19 runs batted in across 76 games.

Like Gibson, he ended the season in Triple-A but seemed a bit outmatched at that level. In 15 games, he slashed .179/.226/.286.

His speed is his most valuable asset as he swiped 36 bags on 40 attempts. He made sure to showcase that speed in the Arizona Fall League as he stole 17 bases in 20 games.

If he can wreak some havoc on the bases in spring training, that will certainly catch everyone’s attention.

Nestor German

Right-handed pitcher Nestor German is ranked No. 11 on Baltimore’s top prospect list, and he had a fairly solid 2025. He had a 3.93 ERA across three levels and struck out 143 batters in 124 innings.

Like Gibson and Bradfield, he did not do well in a brief Triple-A stint, but he has a lot of promise. He could definitely be a guy the O’s call upon if there are some injuries in the rotation.

Prospects are often the most exciting players to watch in spring training, so these three guys will be the ones to keep track of once spring training games are underway.
