The Walnut Creek, California, native had an impressive 2025 campaign in his first season at Penn State. Looslie posted a 3.82 ERA, fourth-best on the team, and 30 strikeouts in 33 innings.
The right-handed pitcher was also reliable, with a 5-1 record. It’s the second straight season that a Penn State reliever has been named to the list, as left-hander Anthony Steele was added to the list prior to the 2025 season.
Penn State travels to Arizona and begins its 2026 campaign as part of the MLB Desert Invitational. The first game is slated against Air Force at 8 p.m. on Friday.
