This season the Minnesota Twins will again be broadcast through MLB distribution in the form of Twins TV. After the relationship with Fan Duel Sports Network (formerly Bally Sports North) fell apart, the franchise was forced to seek a different way to broadcast Twins games.
Short of the Opening Day disaster last season, things went smoothly for the MN Twins new venture. Twins TV remained largely the same product fans grew accustomed to, with some minor upgrades sprinkled in.
The offering returns again this season as the primary avenue to watch the ball club. The rotating hosts of personalities has changed slightly, however.
Paul Molitor joining Minnesota Twins broadcast
Last season, LaTroy Hawkins was among the personalities to appear alongside play-by-play voice Cory Provus. Now part of Derek Shelton’s coaching staff, there was an opening in the analyst roster. Minnesota fills that with Hall of Famer Paul Molitor.
Hall of Famer Paul Molitor is joining the Twins’ rotation of TV analysts this season, along with Justin Morneau, Trevor Plouffe, Denard Span, and Glen Perkins.

Fans who have tuned in to radio broadcasts in recent seasons have heard the former Minnesota Twins manager work alongside Kris Atteberry. It’s undetermined if the move to television will be on top of the radio broadcasts, or as replacement for them.
Molitor wrapped up his tenure as manager of the Minnesota Twins in 2018. He was named Manager of the Year the season prior, and finished with a 305-343 record across four seasons.
In 1993 the St. Paul native won a World Series with the Milwaukee Brewers and was named the MVP. The Ignitor finished with 3,319 hits and a career .306 batting average.
Even after being replaced by Rocco Baldelli in the clubhouse, Molitor remained closely connected to the organization. Still present throughout spring training, the legendary baseball lifer will now offer insight to the fans during the broadcasts themselves.
MN Twins open up 2026 subscriptions
On Tuesday the Minnesota Twins opened up subscriptions for the 2026 iteration of TwinsTV. With no regional rights fees coming in, this new model is one of the organizations most prominent revenue streams.
TwinsTV is back for 2026 – and you can subscribe for the full season now for $99.99!
New subscribers get a complimentary April Twins Pass – giving you access to all April home games!

If you didn’t subscribe to the service last year, the Twins are offering a free Twins Pass for April as an incentive to sign up. The first 3,000 new subscriptions will be given a ballpark access ticket to every April home game besides Opening Day.
For returning subscribers, the perk is less lucrative, but still available. Returning subscribers will be given two tickets for an April home game, excluding the home opener.
Besides Molitor, the expected cast will be back once again. Audra Martin noted that she turned her focus to baseball earlier this month, and will also be back from the dugout to again provide some of the best coverage in the game.
