CLEVELAND, Ohio – Best-selling author Daniel Coyle is scheduled to speak in Northeast Ohio this week.

Coyle has written “Flourish: The Art of Building Meaning, Joy, and Fulfillment,” “The Culture Code,” “The Talent Code” and others. He is scheduled to speak 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at the Sari Feldman Theater at Cuyahoga Public Library’s Parma-Snow branch.

Coyle will be in conversation with Cleveland City Club’s Dan Moulthrop.

Coyle has spent time examining how people and teams thrive – from Olympians to Pixar to the Cleveland Guardians, whom he’s consulted for since 2013.

“Flourish,” his latest book, came out Feb. 3. It focuses on how ordinary people and communities create environments where meaning and vitality take root. The book shows that flourishing is built through presence, connection and simple daily practices.

Coyle lives in Cleveland during the school year and in Homer, Alaska, during the summer with his family.

It’s a ticketed event. Cost is $30. Each ticket includes a seat at the talk, a copy of “Flourish” and a donation to Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation. Go to attend.cuyahogalibrary.org/event.

Additional books will be available for purchase courtesy of Mac’s Backs-Books on Coventry.

The auditorium is at 2121 Snow Road, Parma.
